It wouldn't be an overstatement to assert that I have long held Shu Uemura Art of Hair products in the highest esteem, and I gleefully use them all of the time, and have for many years. Here are a few of my current most-coveted styling products from this luxury brand.
SHU UEMURA Art of Hair Wonder Worker Air Dry/Blow Dry Multi-Tasking Primer ($33.00 for 5 oz. from SHU UEMURA Art of Hair and The Bay): This is a lightweight lotion primer that can be used to hydrate, detangle, eradicate frizz, smooth and condition hair. It can be used for air or blow drying, and it leaves hair notably radiant and silky. It is color-treated hair safe, and can be used on all types of hair. I typically use it when I air dry my hair, and it really makes my curly, dry tresses manageable and lustrous.

According to Shu Uemura,

Air dry/blow dry primer with 7 instant benefits that prep the hair for any style: Instantly hydrates, detangles, smooths, conditions, boosts radiance, tames frizz, and adds silkiness to all hair types. When sprayed before a blow dry, the primer locks in moisture and tames strands for a smooth finish. When used to air dry strands, the formula enhances the hair's natural texture. Safe on color-treated hair.

  1. I don't use Shu Uemura anymore but my oldest beauty tool is from them, lash curler. 20 years in my stash and no signs of retirement yet lol

  2. As I've said before I miss Shu at my local Nordstrom. I would go and smell all the skincare and haircare to make sure I could tolerate them before buying.

  3. I know you adore Shu Uemura haircare products, and you have definitely piqued my interest in them. I need to see if anyplace sells samples so I could try one or more before buying a full size. I only wash my hair every 5 days so it takes me forever to use full sizes up.
