It is no secret that SHU UEMURA Art of Hair makes ultra-luxe haircare, and they make a long list of my most-coveted haircare picks. While I do not have ultra-damaged hair, their Ultimate Remedy Extreme Restoration Treatment for Ultra-Damaged Hair and Ultimate Remedy Extreme Restoration Treatment for Ultra-Damaged Hair have become indispensable in caring for my dry, color-treated naturally curly hair. 

SHU UEMURA Ultimate Remedy Extreme Restoration Treatment for Ultra-Damaged Hair ($68.00 for 6 oz. from SHU UEMURA Art of Hair, Beauty Expert and Barneys New York): If you seek a rich, ultra-moisturizing deep conditioning hair mask, then this mask will prove to be a real treat for your damaged tresses. Its rich and dense buttery texture is emollient and nourishing, but it leaves behind no greasy residue. It transforms my dry, color-treated naturally curly hair into soft, supple, manageable and shiny locks. Furthermore, it tames fly-aways and frizz, and the delectable fruity-floral aroma is the ultimate treat to the senses.

Masque treatment for damaged hair that deeply restores and solidifies the hair fiber from within. Protects each strand from external damage by binding the hair cuticle and cortex, preventing further hair breakage and split ends. Works on all damaged hair densities, from fine to thick.

SHU UEMURA Art of Hair Ultimate Remedy Extreme Restoration Duo-Serum ($38.00 for 1.01 oz. from SHU UEMURA Art of Hair, Beauty Expert and Barneys New York): This serum has a dual-chambered pump that dispenses equal amounts of the cream and serum that you simply mix together in your palms before distributing it into your hair. I apply it to damp or dry hair and massage it into my hair before styling. It conditions, moisturizes and tames unruly tresses, and does an exceptional job fighting frizz and fly-aways. Furthermore, it leaves my hair soft, smooth and shiny. It has the same fruity-floral aroma as the hair mask, but it does fade, and therefore will not compete with any fragrances that you may wish to wear.

Hair serum for damaged hair that prevents split ends by repairing and coating the cuticle for manageability, softness and shine. Overall Assessment: SHU UEMURA Art of Hair is such an incredibly haircare line, and they have products for every hair concern. If you have damaged hair, or dry hair– then I definitely recommend their Ultimate Remedy Extreme Restoration range of products. It is suitable for hair ranging from fine to coarse!
