I have to say, that a few years ago I stopped using a toner, but my love of K-Beauty products made me reconsider this choice, and I decided to start using them again. TIRTIR Matcha PDRN Skin Toner is now one of my favorites, and I absolutely love using it because it is gentle, calming, balancing and hydrating. I simply use a cotton pad to apply it to my skin, and it helps to calm any irritation I may have, but this antioxidant-rich toner is so gentle, calming and hydrating that I use it whether or not I have any product-related skin irritation. Generally speaking, I have normal skin with some activity in my t-zone, but my skin is generally calm– unless I have product testing issues that cause skin irritation. It has no detectable aroma, and should pose no problem for people sensitive to scented skincare products.

Overall Assessment: This is a really nice, and very gentle, facial toner that hydrates– rather than strips and dries– the skin. I really love TIRTIR's whole Matcha Collection, and this skin toner is a total winner for me.
