BeYu Color Catch Eye Palette in No. 163 and No. 387 | Review

I remain fascinated by the rate with which makeup brands are bridging the once colossal gap between drugstore and luxury quality products, and I am delighted to see that drugstore aisles are now filled with a wide variety of affordable treasures that won't cause buyers remorse. BeYu Cosmetics is one such line, and their affordable products are cruelty-free, and they comply with the strict requirements of the European Cosmetics Order.
BeYu Color Catch Eye Palettes, in No. 163 and No. 387 boast smooth textured powder shadows that glide across eyelids effortlessly, deposit color evenly, and offer crease-free wear on my non-oily eyelids. I generally forgo a primer, but there is a definite benefit in using one since it not only increases wear-time on all eye shadows, but it also serves to intensify the richness and saturation of the colors.

BeYu Color Catch Eye Palette in No. 163 Sunless Earth is a beautiful compilation of neutrals in matte, and shimmer textures. It is a very easy to wear palette that is office appropriate and can be worn with just about anything. Taupe-lovers will be delighted by this palette, and the taupe shade is absolutely stunning.

BeYu Color Catch Eye Palette in No. 387 Vintage Rose is a beautiful plummy pink palette that features beautiful shimmering shades.

The colors each of the palettes blend seamlessly, offer good color payoff, and feature inherently flattering colors. If you want to further intensify the colors,  I recommend applying these shadows with a slightly damp brush, or the sponge-tipped applicators provided in each of the palettes.

Features:
  • Ultra-silky, soft texture
  • Harmonious combination of four intensive colors
  • Various textures: matte, shimmering or metallic
  • Natural & dramatic looks thanks to light & dark shades
  • 2-sided applicator for easy application
Application: "Fun to apply for any occasion: combine the colors as you please. The colors can also be blended for an even wider range of colors. Apply Eye Base first for a particularly intensive color and longer-lasting results. Using a moistened applicator will increase the color dispersal for more intensive results."
