You may just associate retailer, FragranceNet.com, as a purveyor of perfumes, but they also have a formidable collection of Aromatherapy house and body products that offer the perfect way to ring in the fall and winter seasons. They have gorgeous essential oils, candles and body care products that are the perfect way to give your skincare and household aroma choices an overhaul. Additionally, they frequently have exceptional sales and specials that can save you a fortune as you contemplate your holiday gift shopping.
Northern Lights Candle: this particular candle appears to have sold out, but FragranceNet has a wide variety of beautiful candles, and many of them are currently on sale HERE.
Ahava Mineral Botanic Velvet Cream Wash in Lotus & Chestnut ($27.99 for 17 oz. from FragranceNet.com): This body wash gently cleanses the skin without stopping it, or leaving it taut. It soothes and moisturizes the skin with macadamia oil, organic plant extracts and Dead Sea Minerals– leaving skin silky smooth. It has a delicious nutty, fruity aroma that I find intoxicatingly good!

An anti-oxidant rich cream wash infused with Lotus Flower, Chestnut and other botanical extracts that contain polyphenols to help reduce redness and bring comfort to skin.

Select Ingredients:
Lotus Flower extract offers a unique soothing sensation to skin.
Chestnut extract nourishes and hydrates.

Aura Cacia Geranium-Essential Oil ($14.99 for .5 oz. from Fragrance.net): They have a wide variety of Aura Cacia Essential Oils HERE. If you love essential oils, then Aura Cacia has a gorgeous selection to choose from I keep a collection of essential oils near my oil diffuser and use them regularly. They make the house smell lovely, and they elevate the mood, and pamper the senses of everyone who is in the house.

According to Aura Cacia,

Geranium essential oil has a rose-like aroma with minty undertones. An important ingredient in many skin care products, it provides balancing properties to both dry and oily complexions. Add a few drops to face cleansers to supplement their effects.
Cowshed Gorgeous Cow Blissful Shower Scrub (Scrubs Regularly $39.99, Currently On Sale for $27.99 at FragranceNet.com) is just one of the Cowshed Body Scrubs available, and FragranceNet has a lovely assortment of their products– many of which are currently on sale.

I love high quality body exfoliators, and I really love using them. I enjoy the refreshing process of sloughing off dead skin cells, and revealing silky smooth skin. However, I like gentle formulas without jagged exfoliating particles that can tear and damage the skin. My most recent body scrub obsession is the lovely COWSHED Gorgeous Cow Blissful Shower Scrub, and not only is it gentle, but the delectable rose scent makes using it an unmitigated delight. It looks a bit like strawberry jam, and smells equally edible, and unlike many body scrubs that contain oils, this one does not make an oily and slippery mess of your shower. The Jojoba Beads and Coconut Fibre are simultaneously very gentle on the skin and extremely effective in their ability to exfoliate the skin. Therefore, this scrub is a great choice for all skin types– including sensitive skin. Skin is left soft, silky smooth, supple and ultra-luminous.

According to COWSHED,

Power-packed with natural ingredients including Avocado Oil and Vitamin E, this scrub will leave you with ultra-soft, glowing and delicately fragranced skin. The luxurious rose scented formula contains both Jojoba Beads and Coconut Fibre which won’t be too tough on sensitive skin, but is perfect for those who prefer a slightly grittier scrub to slough away dead skin cells.

Select Ingredients:
Ylang-Ylang: Sensual, relaxing and balancing; beneficial in treating both dry and oily skin.
Cinnamon: Cinnamon has excellent anti-fungal properties and will leave your hair smelling delicious.

Ingredients: Aqua (Water/Eau), Coco-Glucoside, Lauryl Glucoside, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocos Nucifera Fibre Powder (Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fibre Powder), Glycerin, Jojoba Esters, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Polyglyceryl-4 Caprylate, Sodium Chloride, Styrax Tonkinensis Resin Extract (Styrax Tonkinensis (Benzoin) Resin Extract), Parfum (Fragrance), Xanthan Gum, Lavandula Angustifolia Flower Oil (Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Oil), Cananga Odorata Flower Oil (Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Flower Oil), Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate, Cymbopogon Martini Leaf Oil (Cymbopogon Martini (Palmarosa) Leaf Oil), Cinnamomum Zeylanicum Leaf Oil (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum (Cinnamon) Leaf Oil), Decyl Glucoside, Diglycerin, Rosa Centifolia Flower Oil (Rosa Centifolia (Rose Absolute) Flower Oil), Sodium Benzoate, Triethylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Persea Gratissima Oil (Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil), Tocopheryl Acetate, Citric Acid, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Magnesium Chloride, Magnesium Nitrate, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, CI 14700 (Red 4), Hexyl Cinnamal, Geraniol, Linalool, Benzyl Salicylate, Limonene, Benzyl Alcohol, Eugenol, Hydroxycitronellal, Benzyl Benzoate.

Overall Assessment: Take a look at FragranceNet's offerings before you begin your holiday shopping– I think that you will be pleasantly surprised by their selection.

  1. Because of the name fragrance.net I've always kept away from the site but I've learned that they are so much more. I'll have to look into Cowshed to see what other scents they have.

  2. What lovely choices! You're right. Once I start to keep the windows closed as the temperature drops, I love to think about fragranced items like candles, oils etc. I never thought of fragrance.net for scenting my home, but now I will! Thank you for the idea! The Northern Lights candle is beautiful. Though you mentioned it's sold out, I will keep my eyes open for something similar
