Phytomer Seaweed Soap and Oléocrème Ultra-Moisturizing Body Milk for Sumptuous Summer Skin

During the springtime I tend to become even more obsessed with skincare than usual. There is something about the renewal associated with the season, coupled with the warmer weather, that makes me want to exfoliate and hydrate to achieve warm-weather silky-smooth skin. My latest discoveries in body care are from the wonderful French line, Phyomer, that is carried in day spas, resort spas and medical spas all over the world. It is a wonderful line that definitely should be firmly fixed on your radar.

Phytomer Seaweed Soap ($23.50 for 5.2 oz. from PhytomerSkinStore and Beauty.com): I have fallen madly in love with this Seaweed Soap. It does a remarkably efficient job of sweeping away dead skin cells, but it is so gentle that I can use it every single day. I was initially astonished by the extent to which it leaves my skin velvety soft and silky smooth, but now that I have become accustomed to its exemplary performance I cannot imagine myself without it. I don't store it in the shower because I like to allow it to dry out thoroughly between uses.

Phytomer's Seaweed Soap is a 100% natural cleanser that acts as a massage glove, gently exfoliating built up debris while relaxing the skin and body. Formulated with natural marine extracts that fill the bath with an invigorating aroma, it gently removes dead cells and helps make the skin supple. Can be used on a daily basis.

Ingredients: Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Water, Chondrus Scrispus (Carrageenan), Fragrance, Glycerin, Palm Acid, Sodium Thiosulfate, Sodium Chloride, Palm Kernel Acid, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Tetrasodium EDTA, Tetrasodium Etidronate, Benzyl Benzoate, Geraniol, Limonene, Citronellol, Citral, Linalool, Benzyl Salicylate, Hexyl Cinnamal, CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide), CI 77007 (Ultramarine), CI 77289 (Chromium Hydroxide Green).
Phytomer Oléocrème Ultra-Moisturizing Body Milk ($54.00 for 8.4 oz. from Phytomer and SkinStore): This has one of those scrumptious light citrusy-floral scents that is neither cloying, nor long lasting– therefore it will not interfere with any fragrances that you might like to wear. It has a lightweight and thin consistency, but this is one seriously nourishing and fast absorbing hydrator. Thanks to the nourishing oils and Shea Butter, this body milk leaves skin deeply nourished, soft, supple and hydrated. It pairs perfectly with their Seaweed Soap, and I definitely plan to purchase both as soon as I use them up.

Phytomer Oléocrème Ultra-Moisturizing Body Milk combines the comfort of a cream with the lightness of a body milk to bring you a deeply hydrating lotion. Infused with moisturizing and lipid-replenishing ingredients, the luxurious formula visibly plumps skin with lasting, morning-to-night hydration for softer, smoother skin. Citrus notes mingle with a floral bouquet of iris, rose and jasmine for an aromatic experience.
