If you are anything like me, then there is a good chance that you have amassed an overwhelming number of eyeshadow singles and palettes– many of which likely sit neglected collecting dust because there are simply too many of them. I finally decided to mitigate this waste by depotting a large number of those small compacts to save space, reduce waste, and encourage the use of forgotten about treasures. I will likely do a post once I begin the process, but I wanted to show you the two large Sephora Collection Z Palettes that I picked up at the recent Sephora VIB Sale.
According to Sephora,

Overall Assessment: One of the best beauty purchases that I have made in years! I highly recommend them if you are looking to streamline your eyeshadows, blushes or anything else that you want in a palette.

DeleteI purchased a plain large black one from Amazon for $18 shipped. Might be useful if one doesn't care about the Sephora branding. :) it arrived today and so far I love it. I bought it to store some new RBR shadows.
ReplyDeleteNow that's a great idea! I got mine during the VIB Sale so I did save 20%, but you definitely got a much better deal! I am going to depot my RBR and put them in here, and I'm not sure what else yet. I'm so glad that you are loving it! Keep me posted! :-)
DeleteRBR was on Hautelook a few weeks ago; I admit I went a little crazy. They had the pan shadows for $10! That purchase is what inspired me to finally pull the trigger on a z palette.
DeleteI saw that and forced myself not to buy since I already have piles of RBR that need to get used! Funny enough, it was actually my stash of RBR shadows that motivated me to buy the Z-Palettes as well. I don't use them as often as I should because of all of the little compacts! It's definitely time to consolidate some of what I have so that I actually use more of it! I'm so glad that you indulged in that sale– it was an amazing way to pick up their products at really great prices! :-)
