Tom Ford Cheek Color in Wicked No. 06: Review & Swatches

Purchased by me
According Tom Ford,
Symmetrical, sculpted cheekbones are vital to creating the Tom Ford look. This sumptuous powder blush delivers layers of possibility, from a sexy glow to a more dramatic, color-rich look. Formulated with spherical pearls and rich emollients, it glides onto skin with the comfort of a cream, achieving outstanding luminosity and a velvety transparency.
If you are looking to make your first foray into Tom Ford Beauty, might I suggest his Cheek Color to begin your journey. People wax poetic about his lipsticks, but I think the products that should be most highly revered are his ultra pigmented, very finely milled, and deliriously gorgeous luxury Cheek Colors.
While it isn't buttery soft to the same extent as my beloved Burberry Light Glow Natural Blushes, Tom Ford's blushes are soft and imbued with a peerless glow. There is an ethereal glowing quality, not to be mistaken with glitter, to his blushes that is truly unparalleled, and for which he has received the highest of praise from even the most jaded beauty aficionados.
His blushes are a true thing of beauty, and while very expensive- I think that they are worth it.
Wicked is very richly pigmented, and as such requires a light-handed approach. The top swatch is sheered out, but the bottom swatch was applied more liberally. The color is a mid-toned cool leaning blue-based raspberry pink with subtle prismatic multicolor luminescent pearl when it captures the light, and it is even more stunning in person. It is a very wearable shade, and when sheered out it provides a stupendous natural glow from within effect.
Wicked captures the light in the most magnificent way, and the ethereal glowing effect is just magical on the cheeks.
Ingredients:
Overall assessment: A true thing of beauty! I am in love with Wicked!

    1. LOL!!! It really is absolutely amazing!! When applied with a light-hand the results are especially stunning-- it's quite magical that way! It is one of my very favorite blushes already. I don't love it more than Mim's the Word, but I think that I love it as much!!!!!!!!!!! You might have to break your blush-no-buy for this one- I suspect that you will get a lot of wear out of this! <3
