Maximus Sleeping on the Job...

...and this is the mockery I face when I work at home. Not only does this beloved beast (who is to cats what the Clydesdale is to horses) take up most of my workspace, but he does so unapologetically.

  1. Ah, the cuteness of the teasing tongue... I have one who likes to occupy my lap and demand cuddles when I work who likes to do that as well. It's like "hey, world, I'm making her even lazier and there's nothing you can do".

    1. I know, precisely! That is hysterical that you have the same type of funny experiences! It always makes me laugh so hard when they fall asleep sticking out their tongues! HILARIOUS!

    1. I certainly can't, Gummy! It took every bit of willpower that I had not to squish him and wake him up!! He's a really sweet boy, but HUGE!!

    1. Maximus is a really funny guy, for sure. He's huge with an equally big personality. He also demands to be picked up and held like a human baby-- and puts one paw on either side of your neck and places his cheek against yours. Then he periodically shifts positions so that he can gaze lovingly right into your eyes!! He is a really loving boy!!!!!!!

  6. cute! I'll have to email you some photos of my kitty nephew. I wasn't much of a cat person in the past, but Ivan has turned that sentiment upside down.
